What has changed with Axeptio?
Your trust is the foundation of our growth. Our company’s activity is expanding because of your support.
Axeptio is revising and enhancing its graphic style to celebrate this happy event. For several years, Axeptio has relied on visual communication that expresses our ambition through fun and strong images, a humorous and offbeat tone, and a desire to become the trusted third party between brands and their visitors/prospects/clients. This communication results from the hard work of our artistic director, Laura, who has created many cookie characters.
Today, Axeptio gains freshness and simplicity while remaining recognizable in our identity and core values. Our cookies now have a personality, accessories, and even hair; they have stories that can be discovered through their adventures.
This graphic work goes hand in hand with a playful tone and a friendly atmosphere, illustrated with comic strips that explain or demonstrate a subject with pedagogy. For example, we have used this format to talk to you about Hotjar and Facebook Pixel cookies.
Axeptio believes strongly in transitioning from unwanted marketing to chosen marketing, embodied in three core values that are markers of our positioning.
- Consent: The right to say yes or no to using one’s data. At Axeptio, we represent this with a handshake.
- Trust: Axeptio positions itself as an intermediary that ensures the collection, traceability, storage, and integrity of consents and oppositions provided by visitors to the brand. Visitors can come with confidence, knowing that their choices will be correctly tracked and respected by the brand. Trust also implies related values such as transparency, proximity, and intimacy.
- Simplicity: Regulation and its duty of compliance can quickly become complex and even anxiety-provoking. Axeptio has thus opted to provide its clients with a simple solution: a turnkey system that is easy to install. This simplicity is expressed in our communication, particularly in the warm and bright colors chosen by Laura for our palette, which allows us to adapt and customize our contact for our targets (clients, resellers, end-users).
At Axeptio, everything is done in-house, and we pride ourselves on our homemade approach. Our new style uses flat colors only, with no textures or brushstrokes. Illustrations are now made in Illustrator instead of Photoshop, simplifying the process and reducing the number of colors while maintaining good quality for animated gifs.
To preserve the transparency of watercolor and create depth, we use several overlapping layers of reduced-opacity flat colors. The colors remain bright and fresh, and the cookies now have cover pages, notably the “Meet a Cookie” series, which can be recognized at a glance.
To sum up, here’s a before-and-after comparison to better illustrate the evolution of our style.
