Today, we’re not talking about GDPR. Instead, we spoke to you about a tool we use daily to manage our accounting: IPaidThat. When a company grows, invoices pile up, as do expense reports. By comparing the invoices recorded in the tool with bank statements, notifications are automatically generated if invoices are missing. It’s also more visible because everything is classified by suppliers, clients, and categories (marketing, commerce, company life…).

Even if we sell an off-the-shelf product, we often have to create more personalized quotes and invoices (often for major accounts that require tailor-made services and adapted payment conditions). Here too, the interface is enjoyable and allows us to quickly generate invoices containing all the essential information that secures us (such as mandatory mentions or penalties in case of late payment).
