- How did you experience the arrival of the GDPR, both at your and your clients’ level?
We were early to seek the help of a law firm specialized in digital law to prepare for the arrival of the GDPR, as did our clients.
Although the initial guidance could have been more specific due to the new and nebulous nature of the subject, we quickly implemented CNIL’s recommendations at the forms, data processing level, etc.
- Why did you choose to join the Axeptio reseller program? What can it bring you?
First and foremost, we were looking for a solution that met our needs and clients.
At NTMY, our clients often have very different demands. Therefore, we needed a solution that integrates perfectly into our processes while remaining easy to use.
We tested many solutions, some recommended by CNIL and others not. We wanted a solution that takes Tag Manager into account, and we still need to meet our expectations fully.
Unlike some solutions, Axeptio is very user-friendly, and all profiles can easily manage this software. Even though I am not a lawyer or GDPR expert, thanks to Axeptio, I can handle everything independently.
The reseller program is a real opportunity for an agency as it allows us to add value to digital marketing, directly perceived as an added value for the client.
- Have you already proposed solutions to your clients?
We have already proposed several solutions to our clients, but there was always a tiny problem at some point. We have already experienced data losses with some clients or unfair overpricing for our clients with others, and I will not have this unpleasant surprise with Axeptio.
- What were the criteria for cookie solutions for you and your clients?
We had three essential criteria: integration so that the software considers the many tools we use; pricing because we want a manageable price, especially since this solution is for our clients; and finally, ease of use.
And so, your solution fully meets these criteria.
- How did the software onboarding go?
At first, I was accompanied by Guillaume, the sales manager, and everything went very smoothly.
I quickly had access to the account to manage the tool independently.
However, in case of a problem, I knew I could count on Guillaume. It was reassuring.
- Is there an aspect that particularly attracted you to our software?
For us, customization is crucial because we have very different clients. Our devices are tailor-made and naturally include all the “extras.” This is an aspect that is very advanced with you and is appreciated.
In addition, the technical aspect is well done, and popularizing a complex and generally anxiety-inducing subject gives clients confidence.
And the last point that made Axeptio THE software we chose is its minimalist aspect, unlike other solutions like Quantcast. The user must accept cookies to continue browsing, ruining my experience.
- In general, how do you see the GDPR and its new rules?
I am delighted because it is suitable for Internet users to know their data is better protected.
At the professional level, some see this as a constraint, but as far as I am concerned, it is more of an opportunity. It pushes the industry to question its relationship with users and their data.
It calls for a marketing diet: do less but better and understand why we do things.
